Please park in one of the designated parking spots. Call the clinic or alert one of our team members that you have arrived. If picking up food or prescriptions, your order will be delivered to your vehicle where payment can be made.
If you are arriving at the clinic for an appointment, we will gather your information over the phone and your pet will be brought into the clinic by one of our staff to be evaluated by the veterinarian. The veterinarian will then speak to you over the phone or outside and develop a treatment plan for your pet.
Our staff is working extremely hard to serve our clients as efficiently as possible. Please be patient as we do our best to help you. Aggressive behaviour and any kind of verbal or physical abuse towards our team members will not be tolerated.
If you are exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or are isolating due to COVID-19 exposure, DO NOT come to the clinic. Please arrange for someone else to bring your pet or pick up you orders.
