We continue to serve the community and their pets and farm animals as we have throughout this challenging time. We are thankful for our clients and their ongoing understanding and support as we work hard to keep all our patients safe and healthy.
Beginning August 16th, 2021, we will begin welcoming clients into the clinic for scheduled appointments with their pets.
When you arrive at the clinic, please call from your parking spot or notify one of our staff at the door. Please let our staff know if you would prefer to remain in your vehicle while your pet is brought inside for their appointment.
You will be asked some covid screening questions before entering the clinic. Please make arrangements for someone else to bring your pet or reschedule your appointment if you answer yes to any of these questions:
Do you currently have a fever, new onset of cough, worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing?
Have you had close contact with anyone with acute respiratory illness or someone who has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?
Do you have a confirmed case of COVID-19 or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
Do you currently have 2 or more of the following symptoms?
Sore throat, hoarse voice, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell, chills, headaches, unexplained fatigue, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, pink eye, runny nose/sneezing without other know causes (e.g. allergies), nasal congestion without other known cause.
When an exam room is ready for you and your pet, one of our staff will come out to get you. Due to space restrictions, only one person is allowed for appointments with their pet. Masks or face coverings are required by everyone entering the clinic.
Food and prescription orders:
These will continue with curbside deliveries as we have found this is the most efficient option for our clients and our staff at this time. Call the clinic (613-267-7373) or email (email@example.com) to place your order or prescription request. This helps our staff serve you better. Please allow 24 hours for prescription orders, or longer if your pet’s prescription or food is a specialty order product. Remember to check out myvetstore.ca to have your food and other pet products delivered right to your door! Let us know if you need help creating an account.
Our staff is working extremely hard to serve our clients as efficiently as possible. Please be patient as we do our best to help you. Aggressive behaviour and any kind of verbal or physical abuse towards our team members will not be tolerated.
Thank you again to you, our clients, for entrusting us with the care of your precious companions.
