Anita is a Perthite, born and raised on a farm just outside of town. Anita has been a part of the Perth Veterinary Clinic since 1993 when she completed her high school co-op education program. She then worked in the kennel room, caring for boarding and hospitalized patients. She worked her way through the ranks, working as a receptionist after school and on weekends. Her passion for pet care grew and she attended the St. Lawrence College where she graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program in 1997. In 1998 she happily returned to the Perth Veterinary Clinic and has been a constant presence ever since.
Anita enjoys working with clients and their pets to help them achieve their goals. With her experience and expertise, she is a great resource and keeps the clinic running with all the behind-the-scenes daily tasks required to keep the clinic in top form.
When not at work, Anita enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter. As a family, they enjoy hunting, camping and spending time with friends.
